He doesn't have to bully anyone or be on the front foot, he just needs to find the perfect counter, tailored to the specific opponent like how he always does. I didn't make an argument about their resumes.
We'll see..I think Crawford will be backed up and his one shot mythical power won't show up.

Another Gold Medal
I'm taking spence like u said bud is better technically but bud likes to be accurate and methodical with his fights. Spence pressure and inside game is going to tough for bud to handle

Now that he has been working w a nutritionist and s&c coach that is a good fit they are only going to add to this. That is the crazy/scary part, I dont want to make it seem like im underrating Crawdford either he is a p4p guy but what 147lber is standing in there for that type of punishment. If you decided to try and best him on points w movement ala Brook or Algieri, Spence gets that forward momentum where he just trucks these guys. If you try and bang w him on the inside you gonna be pissing blood for a few days. Idk maybe fight at the range of the early rounds where Ugas was doing well w the jab to the body? Porter had some success a few times at that range too the issue is doing it for 12:huhldup:

I dont think Crawford has the dog in him to keep this version of Spence off of him. Those body shots sounded like they were coming from.a fukking light heavy or some shyt. :picard:

Great fight Ugas is tough as fukk. :salute:

The fact that Spence stamina isnonly going to get better from here :damn: mind you Ugas was bigger than him in there and got bullied what you think gonna happen to the rest of 147 who are smaller and not as strong.

Idk but ill be looking forward to it

aight..my review of the PPV

the freeview

lee vs ochoa was a disappointment...lee couldnt make no adjustment and ochoa was trying to survive...ochoa will prolly be pushed down the cards for that
butaev vs stanionis was a good ol' russian-lithuanian slugfest - FOTY candidate for 147 - should have been the co main

the main card
lopez vs crowley is the only undercard fight that i didnt see as a retirement fight beforehand since lopez actually had some momentum but the man had too many wars and caught up to him..crowley is a funny guy but he needed that KO to justify his rambling :heh:
vargas vs valenzuela was a disgusting KO and should not have been on this main card
gamboa vs cruz was cruz trying to murder gamboa in a fight that also should not have been on this main card
spence vs ugas was a good scrap...ugas had his moments with the countering but the worst thing he did was stay in the pocket with spence and not throw enough...this led to him catching the hands..spence is a unified 3 belt champ so bring on T-Craw

I say Crawford is quicker than Spence but Spence I think he hits are more powerful. The wayy his punches get through the opponent's defense is crazy. And Spence movement and the way he switch the combination of his punches, you really don't know where he's going to picking you and when he do punch, that mfer is getting through your defense!. This go be the fight of the year brehs. I'm telling yall.

Fight pretty much went how I said it would. Never got the Ugas hype. I'm so fukking glad Spence beat the shyt outta that boring fukk. :ohlawd:

And Stanionis put jab to purpose and gave us a borderline FOTY while beating Butaev. I see why Ugas wanted no parts of them nikkas. :mjlol:

If Ugas was from anywhere else but Cuba, he'd be looked as a regular ass boxer. Everything he does is regular, even his biggest wins feel regular. He's not even Krillin status, because at least Krillin is going to give you that one epic moment before he later on takes an L to the boss. Ugas doesn't even do that. He's more like a random pedestrian getting murked after being the focus for 15 minutes in an episode. :hhh:

Good fukking riddance. :banderas:

cosign the bolded....i would have been more all in with ugas vs spence IF ugas survived the gauntlet in the tournament WBA put together before they reneged like a mfr :beli:

If Spence was able to make it to the Pacquiao fight :scust:

:deadmanny::deadmanny::deadmanny:
Haha. But nah real shyt, I know he wanted the PacMan fight for legacy sake, but I think in hindsight him demolishing Ugas would've looked better on his resume.
Cuz all people would've been saying is that Pacman was 42, who cares

Lmao what?

Are you acting like a casual?

He's a champion in a championship fight with everything on the line. There was about a minute or less left in the round. He should've at least been given the opportunity to try to finish the round

I've seen nothing to think that Crawford is any less of a dog. He be just as hungry in that ring. It's just a different execution.
While I favor Spence in the fight I agree that Crawford is just as much of a dog. It actually gets him in trouble at times as he starts brawling in fights he is easily winning with his technical skills.
