I'm still floating in that mid-180s to mid-190s range. It's become clear that I gotta get some type of workouts in as I age. I'm solid though, I don't look flabby, just a swole-ish looking brother with a small gut...33, 5'7, haven't jumped on a scale since like Narch but I was around 184, I think. My weight is typically in the 180s in recent years, I topped out at like 195 a year or two ago and I dipped into the high 170s too but I'm probably still in the 180s...

Same thing, that gut we didn't have when we were younger is here now. I don't really mind it to be honest, gotta tone it up some but because I could never gain weight the gut don't bother me. It's not like it's sagging or anything...6’6 without shoes & 228lb currently tryna get down to 205lb. Far from fat but that stomach area

In good shape but trying to lose 10 to 15 lbs. Mad cookouts and birthdays over the summer haven’t helped but I need to stop fukking around and get up my cardio up.
