In The Tall Grass, I loved the premise, it was disconcerting and eerie, I love when movies get right to the issue sometimes, and spare us the mild character development. It really is a lot like The Ruins, (2008) and it started getting a little too existential post 2000's Stephen King weird, but I like it, about 50 minutes in, from last night.

lol - "magneto".. This was a good one too. had "The Strangers" type of vibe to it at first but escalated quickly with the extreme violence and torture. That ending - of all the houses to crash near to. That leader of that kid gang was a true psychopathThis another one thats always been underrated to me also.

Another Netflix original horror that was absolutely trash. Trash acting, trash plot, trash effects. I'm starting to think The Haunting of Hill House was a fluke. that's 1-2 so far in terms of quality and scares.
