more people watched old ass Tyson and Roy Jones than any of these UFC events the pass two years
nah ... UFC been hot for the most part. their PPV numbers and television ratings are great.
their biggest problem is their obsession with hyping up undeserving, double digit loss fighters to headline their cards .... like, no one wants to watch some dude who has 14 losses on his record headline a main event
I think it's necessary to prevent it from falling into the trap boxing did where if you aren't an undefeated GOAT level fighter no one wants to watch you. And it's about the brand moreso than the individual fighter in UFC.

A win is a win and Reyes lost all that good will and etc the moment he fumbled the bag and caught that TKO from Jan

?? Reyes beat him 3-2, and he's very fortunate the judges default to the champion in close fights. He was on roids for the at least half of those USADA fights - even got stripped of the belt after getting caught - so I don't know what point you're trying to make there. I mean breh was literally caught twice by USADA when he was still dominant. Since popping in 2017, he has looked solid in one fight (Gustafsson, but he tested positive for T-bol multiple times for that one as well), and then lackluster ever since (Smith, Santos, Reyes). He's great on steroids, and just okay without them (his last 3 fights).

I just think Izzy needs to do what all the other real GOATs did. Just continue to fight any and everyone in your division and build both your skills and legacy up.
Him only having like 6 fights, the a title and then 2 defenses. His head got a little too big.
Like if you have less than 5 defenses, guys are getting too cocky on some “I’m the greatest in my division, there is NO ONE LEFT TO FIGHT” shyt.
Maybe that shyt was cool to play in the earliest years of UFC (pre Jon, GSP and Silva)
When cats like Forest, Rampage, and etc was champs and defending the belt like 2-3 times before the lost it.
But I think now, you need to hold on to that belt a little bit longer.
2 defenses just ain’t enough

Just avoid that shythole. They will literally never respect any black fighter, much less support one, and they all openly root for white fighters, particularly Europeans. There's no point going to that cacfest, they don't even have decent fight insight. There's nothing of value in that site to warrant a visit.

Jones was not as big as Jan was in this fight stop and prime jones was struggling against his and fighting old lhwsYou do realize that Jones was a HW at LHW right? Jones has much better wrestling than Izzy so Jan is not taking him down as easily. Yes Jan might give Anderson trouble but prime Jones beats him easily. I'm not sure how you can think differently after watching this fight
He also struggled against gus the first time

If we being real..... we really don’t know if he was on roids every fight he been in or just 2. We can assume to hate on him.... but we’ll truly never know one way or another.
I still honestly think it never mattered one way or another thought and I don’t believe he intentionally did anything the 2nd time.... which I could’ve sworn they redacted and now cleared him from.
I also think to a degree he just got more on his Floyd shyt and started to fight smarter. Nicca saying he lost speed, but Jones was never like on some Mini Mouse Demetris shyt.
He always had this rhythm and great timed precision shyt and capitalized with his great range and defensive wrestling.
He was never like “the fastest” in his division. Rua, Evans, Machida, and Belfort were all built as faster fighters and faster than him.
