I might get roasted for this, but women shouldn't be cops. And I don't mean that in a demeaning way. It's a high pressure career dealing with dangerous criminals. That's not something I'd want my wife or daughters dealing with. A woman police officer provides nothing to the force but an extra set of eyes.
