I knew a young girl once who wanted to join the force. Passed the initial hurdles and everything.

Had a change of heart and ended up switching gears toward the fire department. Never went through with that despite high recommendations but that is another story.

The reason she aint join up with 12 at least what she told me was she only wanted to protect her community but she said she knew if she joined she would just end up emptying her clip in her partner or some other cop for being on some shyt.

My point is not every single breh or brehette trying to join up with 12 is on that . Baby sis was legit as they come. She only wanted to protect her community. She just had the foresight to understand that wasnt the path the universe had in mind for her to do so.

We dont know what was in this sistas heart when she joined or why she joined. For all we know she could have been trying to fix things from within and maybe the wrong people caught on.

We wouldnt have any way of knowing either way as we dont know her.

Until i see some seriously damning evidence to the contrary im always giving my people the benefit of a doubt. Especially when they are not alive to defend themselves.

That's not something I'd want my wife or daughters dealing with. A woman police officer provides nothing to the force but an extra set of eyes.
