I could see 24 borrowing the breakout scene from the last Mission Impossible movie for next season. Cruise was just chilling in prison for years waiting for the signal. I could see a team of Chloe, Kate & that bald dude Jack was rolling with this season breaking him out for some reason...

I'm currently watching episodes 11 & 12 of Season 7 back-to-back:



It feels like I'm watching a smaller budget version of the movies "Olympus has Fallen" and "White House Down" from last year.


Looks like @dabestkeptsecret was right. I'm enjoying Season 7 more than Season 6.

That's why when I saw those commercials I was like Basically ripping off 24 and with no jack Bauer, shyt was bound to be trash

I thought this season was a bit overrated tbh with you brehs.

Maybe it was all the time away, but even Jack spazzing out had me like for a majority of the season because we all knew how things were going to go. Maybe the formula of the show is just old to me

There was nothing groundbreaking about this season. It followed the same formula; but I think we kind of expected that. It's the nostalgic moments that kept us watching. How many people is Jack going to kill? Who is he going to torture? Who is the mole? They used the same plot devices but it was like seeing an old friend again.

To be fair, Olympus was supposed to be a 24 movie but things got changed towards the end. White House was just garbage

the ratings have been on par with season 8, from what ive read it wont be back next year but it could come back as a 12 episode season in 2016. I found an interview by the chick who plays chloe and she says that it isnt a matter of if 24 will come back but just when it will come back. I personally think they should do another 12 episodes next summer and it end it for good hitting that 10 season mark
