The problem is the focus on “Every 4 years” when the House and 1/3 of the Senate are voted on every two years, local and state elections happen in off years, and there are ballot measures all the time. The focus needs to be every year. You’ve got more of a push for the Day after the Super Bowl being a national holiday.
