It's cuz nfl has the most attractive draft format amongst all American sports.


It has enough players for rosters to keep going for several days. Enough solid players. Unlike nba where there is just limited amount of spots and limited talent pool.


Its unpredictable enough and yet isnt a crapshoot and unlike MLB where the top prospects might never appear in majors until five years later, there is no delayed impact. People are excited about immediate contributions and their teams getting better talent.


College football is a religion so people usually know the top players really well and can run a lot of stories.

I see people are having fun with this but honestly if you can’t see through this ploy then I have no pity for you. The sportsbooks are laughing their way to the bank with this, they easily made at least a million through this Reddit post with all the eventual loser Levis bets. the poster has no credibility whatsoever and most likely will delete his account after Thursday. I would say if you had to target someone target the degens on this Reddit since they will throw their money at anything. At least act on a tip from a real source like Adam Schefter or somebody.

I'll put my conspiracy hat on. There was buzz last week about the NFL not happy CAR's pick was obvious. Ad dollars, viewers not tuning in at 8 sharp like they want etc

BY was the fav but lines starting moving around Fri and over the weekend back Stroud's way a bit. Either the NFL or somebody with money is playing with the lines and will probably make it back and then some off suckers taking the bait
