I hate myself for saying it considering I lean towards Warren, but I worry that a Warren/Harris ticket would be hurt by sexism. :snoop:

Especially in 2019 with all these guys online whining about feminists and SJWs nonstop.

Biden's only real upside is that he's an old white guy and as such is (ostensibly) nonthreatening to older white voters who went for Trump. Otherwise he's pretty mediocre. Sanders is hurt by his own supporters being annoying more than anything and the perception that they'll stay home or vote 3rd party if Sanders doesn't win. When it's all said and done, if the primary was today I'd vote for Warren, but anybody would be better than Trump.
"I love bernie but his supporters are annoying."
This must be the new line to try and look Progressive when you really aren't. :mjlol:

I didn't say I love Bernie. He's aight and I'd vote for him in the general, but his supporters are in fact annoying. :yeshrug:

They're more invested in shytting on other Democrats than beating Trump. Considering what's at stake in 2020, that's annoying.

:russ: I knew it would come back to fake 'unity'. And it's funny how it is a one way street with you like Warren, Biden, etc. supporters don't shyt on Bernie.
It's primary season not general election season so yeah he is competing against Democrats so their conduct is timely.

I've been trying to explain this, even to people who were previously obsessed with the importance of "pragmatism" and "electability," but a lot of y'all have heel turned on me because I'm still riding for Big Bern even while a paid shill spams the board with a flood of extremely cynical fake Warren support.

And lately, the math is showing that she's mostly taking voters from non-Bernie candidates, so it isn't even working. :mjlol:

But hey, y'all wanna do Hillary 2.0, good luck. Gonna be the same outcome. Trump has even fewer fukks to give these days. And even though they desperately need healthcare, this country full of fat white idiots would prefer to see Trump call her Pocahontas over and over while Rachel Maddow literally breaks down in tears live on the air.

Only an angry old Jew from Brooklyn can stand up to Orange Hitler from Queens in the way that needs to be done. :blessed:

:mjlol: foh if you think the voters(many of which are old cacs who are retired and can afford to go out and vote on election day) will vote for an openly gay man much younger than them named butt head or whatever.

This Is a cash grab. He'll run, lose, then write books about his experience and cash in on that.

Its gonna be Joe Biden since the Democrats are basically just Republicans in denial at this point. The DCCC will try to torpedo any momentum that someone like Sanders or Warren will build up because those people are interested in changing the tax code in a way that will hurt them(the wealthy democratic leadership)

I'm excited for my candidate, what's the problem?

For a supposed Warren supporter, you sure do love throwing cold water on her hype in here. You sure you're not over Bernie yet? :mjpls:
I throw water on everyone. The only people on here with any support are Warren and Sanders and Biden. I feel like I tell all their supporters to chill. Well, nah I don’t fukk with Biden at all so I won’t feign being impartial. But more than anything I throw water on any Sanders and Warren beef because ultimately, those are your two best choices and trying to tear one down to prop another up is stupid. I’m also not a kid anymore - campaign slogans don’t move me. I think Warren is the best of capitalism but that Sanders is ultimately right. Perhaps you need her to eventually get to him but that doesn’t mean I have to dislike him. He is also superior to Warren on foreign policy and has shown much more courage. She is a better communicator and he is a loner and a curmudgeon. They both have their pluses and minuses.

But the biggest reason is simple - Bernie has way more money than she does and can drag things out in a way she can’t . Warren has to win a couple of the early states or she has to drop out and I don’t want people doing something stupid like deciding to vote Harris or Beto instead of Sanders after it happens. The fact that Warren isn’t the second choice of every Sanders supporter and vice versa is a problem and you guys need to stop fanning it. @acri1 is a prime example of that shyt.

of course it would, it's a stupid fukking idea. warren should pair with beto or someone in that vein

sexism aside, warren is a liberal woman from mass and kamala is a liberal woman from california. what does kamala bring to the table on a warren ticket :dahell: nothing at all. why double up?

He's too milquetoast, has zero substance, equivocates like a moderate, and won't appeal to an energized base that wants a leftist candidate. Nah, Pete Buttieg doesn't have a chance. The only one who's been rising in the polls is Warren. She will be the nominee. Bank on it.

Her sister Emily Bazelon wrote a glowing piece of Kamala in 2016 :dahell:

Kamala Harris, a ‘Top Cop’ in the Era of Black Lives Matter
For the second time, that article doesn't address those critiques.

Additionally, a political journalist’s opinion doesn't carry the same weight as someone who is a law professor/director of legal clinics. Finally, Professor Bazelon's article about Harris' record and putting it into context, so it wasn’t her even opinion in a traditional sense.

There's no reason for you to bother me concerning Harris when this is the best you have to offer. Time for you to move on.

except I pointed out the fact that I think its a bad faith attack. i've addressed these things months ago in the Kamala thread

Plus, show me a prosecutor you really love like that for a democrat president. Republicans love their prosecutors.
