the allegations were bullshyt. It's been said a thousand times though, why she didnt have black support.
Literally right out the gate, as soon as her hat dropped into the race, there were black people from the bay, like @dora_da_destroyer that were sounding the alarms regarding why they couldnt and just wouldnt vote for her, due to her former policies as AG, that disrupted and targeted various black families, for a "petty" crime.
Soon after these allegations came out, a lot of black folk started distancing themselves from her sistah act.
I could give a shyt who she's married to though. I hate that excuse for one, but I could see some dudes being petty and acting like her being married to a wm matters in the grand scheme of things.
Fukkboy Pete has come under the same type of slander as well. Most rational black people, or at least in this instance like myself, could give shyt about Fukkboy Pete's sexual orientation or extracurricular affairs. The main reason why his image is tainted in my eyes and in the face of many other blacks, is because Black people from South Bend, have been vocal as hell about his inaction and indifference in the black community, in his "small city".
But yeah its sucks that a black candidate damn near has to be squeaky clean, even for black people to support them.
I mean Booker is squeaky clean, yet black people don't unanimously support him. Instead the majority of us root for the candidate that we "feel" has the greatest chance of winning not named, trump, so that explains the strong backing for Biden.
she was the AG of 40 million people. You can't always do right by 40 million people AND she was considered a progressive DA and AG when she was in office by the standards of the time.
