Some comments I saw on Twitter.

Also, I've seen a couple of those "Kamala is a cop" memes but I NEVER seen a "Drill Sargent Amy" meme. Not once.

Kamala is up to be criticized like everybody else, of course. However, she definitely received harsher treatment than her White counterparts.

That definitely factored into why she didn't received enough funding and is no longer in the race.

I saw a segment on CNN where one of the analysts said that "Klobuchar could rise up and take Kamala's place". You just have to laugh :russ:

It is what it is though :manny:.

Sir, people with the Kamala is a cop memes are not Amy Klobuchar supporters. You're creating a strawman.

It's really simple:
- the people who support Amy over Kamala do not care about Kamala's prosecution record
- the people who support Amy are predominantly white centrist who do not care about black politics
- nobody talks about Amy but white centrist and when they do they get called out for their stupid takes on politics (see the Bill Maher roasting)

Your gripe should be solely with white centrist who ignored Kamala, but supported Amy. The "Kamala is a cop" thing came from black liberals and progressives and white leftists (notice I didn't say white liberals and progressives).

Amy's hopes died the moment she ran for the nomination and all those articles about the treatment of her staff came out.

Amy's still in the race because unlike Kamala Amy does not care or need the black vote in Minnesota AND nobody is in the pipeline ready to primary Amy.

I didn't say that Klobuchar supporters created those memes about Kamala :mjtf:.

I just said that I saw some of them participate in them in order to hurt Kamala just like the supporters of other candidates did (namely Bernie & Tulsi supporters).

Bro show these Amy Klobuchar supporters that put up Kamala is a cop meme....

That was literally the first thing I asked you. They don't exist. You just thought they were Amy supporters because they were white.

Klobuchar has no footprint on the net fam. A tweet or 2 does not represent anything.

Some of y'all talking about Kamala as if she is the Devil reincarnated or something. I actually looked at a lot of her record and it's not nearly bad as some people are making it out to be. Amy Klobuchar has had a harsher prosecutorial record especially against Black men but yet she's still in the race and I don't her people bring up her record constantly. Why is that? :patrice:

Every single Democratic candidate has flaws. There is NO "perfect" candidate. Never has and there never will be. Obama wasn't "perfect" (he was a good/great candidate but not perfect) and he turned out to be a damn good President especially considering that he had to deal with GOP obstruction for 6 years out of his 8 year Presidency.

It's obvious that many Democratic voters (of all racial backgrounds) just want another White savior to "save" America from Trump and that we can "return back to normal" :martin:.

My parents who are both Black and are 55 & 56 years old respectively support Joe Biden because he's a "moderate who can win back some of those Trump voters". They didn't support Kamala because "America isn't ready for a Black woman as President". When I asked them why? They both basically had no answer. They don't support Warren because "Look at Hillary, America isn't ready for a female President". They also have no answer as to why they care about "winning back" some of those Trump voters and "swing" voters :unimpressed:.

Sh!t is sad. I'm not saying that everybody had to support Kamala or anything but the fact that the non-White candidates have got way less funded than the White candidates shows where many Democratic voters hearts are. This was the most racially diverse field in history not even one non-White candidate is even in the top 3. Yang ain't going nowhere no matter what his "#YangGang" online or IRL think.
lemme update my passport

Trump about to win again.

Nightcap tweet

It's been said a thousand times though, why she didnt have black support.

Literally right out the gate, as soon as her hat dropped into the race, there were black people from the bay, like @dora_da_destroyer that were sounding the alarms regarding why they couldnt and just wouldnt vote for her, due to her former policies as AG, that disrupted and targeted various black families, for a "petty" crime.

Soon after these allegations came out, a lot of black folk started distancing themselves from her sistah act.

I could give a shyt who she's married to though. I hate that excuse for one, but I could see some dudes being petty and acting like her being married to a wm matters in the grand scheme of things.

Fukkboy Pete has come under the same type of slander as well. Most rational black people, or at least in this instance like myself, could give shyt about Fukkboy Pete's sexual orientation or extracurricular affairs. The main reason why his image is tainted in my eyes and in the face of many other blacks, is because Black people from South Bend, have been vocal as hell about his inaction and indifference in the black community, in his "small city".

But yeah its sucks that a black candidate damn near has to be squeaky clean, even for black people to support them.

I mean Booker is squeaky clean, yet black people don't unanimously support him. Instead the majority of us root for the candidate that we "feel" has the greatest chance of winning not named, trump, so that explains the strong backing for Biden.

I know people in Kamala's camp. Everything I'm seeing indicated they were gaining ground in some states. This had to be strategic.

Listen, I know that most of the people spreading the "Kamala is a cop" meme were Bernie & Tulsi supporters. I'm not disputing that.

I'm just saying that I saw a few people who support other candidates using the same argument. We're on the same page on this :yeshrug:.

Also, it's funny that I see some people (on Twitter) are wanting Kamala to be AG under a potential Biden or Warren administration.

Didn't some of them just spent the past year calling her a "cop" as a slur and now they want her to be AG of the US? It makes no sense :dahell::why:

Anyways, Kamala is still relatively young. Her next best chance to become President is 2028 (2024 if Trump gets re-elected next year or if the incumbent Democratic president is going through a major scandal), and she'll be 64 then. That's 6 years younger than Elizabeth Warren is now.

Kamala ain't going anywhere. Whether you like her or not. She's definitely gonna run for POTUS again :manny:.
