My workout routine til the end of the month:

Cardio (trying for everyday but failing so far, so 3x/week): 30 minute HIIT jump rope

Strength (been doing every single day since 4/19): 5x2 deadlift + military press + renegade rows (30lb dumbells), 25 kb swings (26kg), 5 plank walk-outs

Messed up just now and am working my way through a bottle of whiskey. Wife's got me stressed out plus the fear of being stuck doing these service jobs for the rest of my life :sadcam: probably be at 205 on Monday.

Can anybody "legitimately" tell me if you can lose weight using weights? (not knocking your plan Awkwardblackgirl) Its just been told to me that muscle weighs more.

Like for this challenge, Im just watching my diet as best as I can..lol

and Cardio like 3 times a week. Im coming off runners knee, so I have to cut back my cardio. Runners knee is so painful.

You can't outwork a bad diet, so like you, I am also watching my diet. A person can lose weight by dieting alone, but for me and my body type I have to exercise.

Weight training is important because muscle helps to increase your metabolism, thus helping you burn more calories, especially during the times you're not working out. An equal volume of muscle weighs more than the same volume of fat, but you can have two people who are 150lbs the one who is more muscular is smaller because 150lbs of muscle takes up less space than 150lbs of fat.

fukking up for the 2nd week in a row lol. Had pizza on Tuesday since it was my last day in the office then Wednesday I had Lasagna... Too much lasagna.. Then Thursday and I had Pizza.

But today is so far so good :manny: Just had brocolli and chicken, 'bout to have a small bowl of chilli.

I've been watching my sodium and calorie intake. Thankfully i've been able to manage myself to just under 2000mg of doium on days where I'm actually tracking. Already been noticing my face getting a little bit thinner over the past 2 weeks. Can't wait for Monday to begin because this mother's day weeknd i'm gonna be eating fat :dame:, gonna stock up on a crap ton of Brocolli since it's the only vegetable i like eating with my food haha, and my dad brought over a ton of tuna so I'll be having that 2-3 times a week. Gotta buy more frozen chicken breast too. I have 3 days off next week so there is no reason for me to fukk up again unless my brother decides to come home with Pizza like he always does when it's least convenient

It's shark week right now :yeshrug: was 172 a couple days ago before it started.

Anyway, now that classes are over and I'm free for the summer I should be a lot more focused. If I'm serious, I should be able to get down to 165 by the end of the challenge.

This week, I'm gonna try low-carbing with fish/seafood only.
