But I do eat my entire servings of fruits and veggies everyday.
Whats some of your meals that you usually eat?
Breakfast during the week is a protein shake. Weekends is usually scrambled eggs with veggies and fruit. Maybe a meat.
Lunch is meal prepped weekly. This week I have a ground turkey and chickpea skillet with carrots and peppers. No rice. Last week was buffalo chicken stuffed peppers.
Dinner will be grilled salmon, brussel sprouts and salad. I usually have no/low carbs at dinner time. Just meat and veggie
And then my sweet tooth attacks and I'll have 4 reeses cups and a scoop of ice cream
What kind of protein?
Yeah I think this might be the problem
A new shake I'm trying out by OLLY. It was expensive though, so after I'm done I'll get a different one. Any suggestions?
And I'm definitely trying to combat the sweet tooth, but its hard.
