But if you're really trynna cut eat a lot of veggies, drink nothing but water and make sure you're sweating a lot during your workout.
I'm still sweating even though I worked out 3 hours ago:sadcam:

But I do eat my entire servings of fruits and veggies everyday.

Whats some of your meals that you usually eat?

Breakfast during the week is a protein shake. Weekends is usually scrambled eggs with veggies and fruit. Maybe a meat.

Lunch is meal prepped weekly. This week I have a ground turkey and chickpea skillet with carrots and peppers. No rice. Last week was buffalo chicken stuffed peppers.

Dinner will be grilled salmon, brussel sprouts and salad. I usually have no/low carbs at dinner time. Just meat and veggie


And then my sweet tooth attacks and I'll have 4 reeses cups and a scoop of ice cream:mjcry::mjcry::mjcry:

A new shake I'm trying out by OLLY. It was expensive though, so after I'm done I'll get a different one. Any suggestions?

And I'm definitely trying to combat the sweet tooth, but its hard.

Sweets aren't really that bad for you, even ice cream. Just stay away from processed sweets. Check out Makeda Voletta she drops a lot of good knowledge

Shouldn't have taken the photo after drinking a litre of water and eating a protein bar, but ah well. That dramatic drop off next week gonna make it much better :lolbron:

Just weighed in at 214.6

Ok guys coming in this week at 208.8. Down 5.8 lbs. Probably just water but it feels good seeing that scale move.

The two things that helped the most are that I've been going to church to stay sober and I've been tracking everything on MFP.


This week I plan on actually exercising cause I've been so busy I was only able to diet last.
