He really is. I can't lie I underestimated him because if his role on these stacked teams. When you watch him shoot compared to bobby portis who's supposedly a stretch four, wcw is the better shooter from mid range
breh its an open gym no one guarding him. all 3 yrs when dude got the ball and was guarded he had no idea wat to do or threw up a :scust:shot. Kids gonna be great defensive player but his offesnive game is :trash: right now not saying he cant do an ibaka and improve

Wow wcw is a lot better offensively than I thought he'd be. After watching this dx video. I realise he's not tyson chandler 2.0 cause he can shoot. I think he can make your team an elite defensive team. If I were the knicks he'd be in serious contention. I like him and I think justise Winslow has a good relation with the knicks too.

as I scan the top ten or fifteen some of these players who are good will fall because the organisations have players commited to already playing their position. Also some of those guys in those slots are not looking for any more projects. I think people semi tanked for okafor and towns only. So now there in a position where they feel they weren't truly lotto picks and need immediate help to not be that next season.

You don't lose 65 games to draft WCS but knowing the Knicks he's probably number 1 on their draft board.

But wouldn't a team like the Jazz or Hornets for example be better off trading for a Ty Lawson or Kyle Lowery type the draft game is hard you are more likely to miss than hit....But I couldn't imagine a team like the 76ers trading for established talent only a few select teams...The Suns are another and the Thunder.

Hell no. They're simply not worth a top 10 pick. No player is unless they're an allstar talent because that what you have a solid chance of drafting that high. Unless your team is built to win right now then you're better off trusting your scouts and taking the younger, cheaper, more malleable player with more upside.

Your right Breh that's the exact thing I think of but than in hindsight I'll look back at the past drafts and notice that so many of these guys aren't succesful. But it's so hard to give up that potential star...

I can't say without a doubt that any of the top 5 (Towns/Okafor/Mudiay/Russell/Winslow) will be stars but they have that potential for all I know they may not be better than Ty Lawson, Greg Monroe, or Demar Dorzan....Who are all relatively young but we are closer to realizing their potential than the incoming rookies.

I know it has to be rough to take the hard right over the easy lefts.

They're probably going to get Greg Monroe in free agency, WCS makes sense if you look it from that perspective.

They will absolutely need someone to cover for Melo and Monroe :lupe:

the Knicks could go any number of directions I think it would be best for the, to accumulate assets at this point but Winslow/WCS/Mudiay are all good picks for them...Especially if the rumors of signing Monroe are true the question is if they add Monroe who else are they adding it would make Since to bring in a SG but they also need an upgrade at PG or they could move Melo to PF and bring in a SF with Monroe playing Center to start.

Yeah, that's true, but it's always worth a shot. Like I said, you go for a decent player instead of choosing upside and end up trading Kawhi Leonard for George Hill, and that gets you nowhere.

Agreed. If he can be an elite defender and develop a Chandler/Jordan-esque offensive game and get 8-12 ppg without needing the ball, then he's the perfect piece to fit between 2 potential 20+ ppg scorers.

I don't put to much Cred into non-game film damn near all these dudes look great in these practice vids.

Its like cats ain't see this dude get the ball in the post a couple times against 6'5" Pat Connaughton against ND and not be able to do shyt with the rock. WCS ain't gonna be facing up NBA bigs and putting moves on from 10 ft out and further like in this vid.
