Do you think the allegations had any basis? Some of those lines were Jay-Z close.

Let's make a separate thread to discuss that. Personally I don't think they're valid. Could he have worded some of that dialogue more in his voice? Yes, absolutely. But he didn't steal a story about two cops investigating a murder and how the case destroyed both their lies from Ligotti. All the plotting, dialogue, and character work was from Pizzolatto's head. Pizolatto is a hell of a writer. I think season 2 of True Detective is going to be amazing and silence a lot of the critics.
Im confused why people are upset about the Breaking Bad sweep, it couldnt be anymore well deserved. Very well is the finest show to ever grace television
