line up 5 yards off the ball in a Spread Offense when you're at the goaline, brehs...
the only way you should be in shotgun in that position if you are going to throw
but to run?

ehhh, I dont buy the bad placalling thing.
Nobody called it bad when on the previous drive they threw a TD from the 1 on a rollout play. When you don't have the big guys up front to compete with a Michigan you can't just run up the middle. Especialy when they're expecting it and bunched up on the goalline.

A well designed play action pass to the TE would have been a better option... That power sweep was a really bad play. It may have worked in "Little Giants" but not in real life

A 9.0 for regular season afternoon football today with like 10 other games being played at the time is fukking insane
College football fans are superb at being dikks, huh?
LSU frat Delta Kappa Epsilon hung a banner for Saturday's LSU-Kent State game that said, "Getting massacred is nothing new to Kent State," referencing the 1970 Kent State shootings. Gross.
Eric Mansfield, executive director of university media relations at Kent State, released a response that was more disappointed than angry. From FOX 8:
May 4, 1970 was a watershed moment for the country and especially the Kent State family. We lost four students that day while nine others were wounded and countless others were changed forever. We take offense to the actions of a few people last night who created an inappropriate sign and distracted from the athletic contest on the field.
Our new May 4 Visitor Center, which opened less than a year ago, is another way in which Kent State is inviting the country to gain perspective on what happened 43 years ago and apply its meaning to the future.
We would invite those who created the sign to visit our campus to visit the May 4 Visitor Center and learn more about the event which forever changed Kent State and America.
That incident was, what, 20 years before most of these kids were born? Why can't they just put up a banner that says "Kent State Sucks" and stop aiming to be as shocking and edgy as a Daniel Tosh joke?
