I see Ray Allen meeting with every damn team before he picks. You can tell he was feeling mighty dispespected by the trade rumors, Avery Bradley, etc. He has his ring I think he wants to go out proving to everyone that Seattle Ray isn't dead.

we need cheap pg help and all we got is the MMLE unless we dont match that dumb Asik deal.

:what:

Stop trying to defend this.

THey HAVE a PG that can hold down the fort that is BETTER than Derek Fisher in CJ Watson.

:heh: @ a Fisher/RIP starting backcourt......

Fisher is a great luxary to have as a player/coach

But if he's your backup PG or (god help you) your starting PG something has gone horribly wrong in your front office.

Yeah, he sure did help in the coaching department in the Finals, and he helped nurture and groom young Russel Westbrook into much better and under control PG...

You can't change :youngsabo: Fisher old ass shouldn't have been playing 20 minutes a game but Brooks kept him out there for some reason.

The Nets could still get Dwight if Orlando decided they could give them a better offer.

The Nets do the Johnson deal & re-sign Williams, & just signed Lopez to his QO (they won't he'll get more) they would have $52-53M on the books for 5 players. Signing Lopez to around $10M a year would get them to $57-58M which is basically the salary cap.

Lopez - $10M
Wallace - $10M
Brooks - $1M
Hump - $8 (last season salary)

Howard - $19M
Turkoglu - $11M

Nets send out $29M to the Magic & get back $30M. It could happen if nobody else will take Howard because he won't sign an extension with anyone else.

:manny:

So now that their still discussing this & reading report of needing a 3rd team how about

Nets get- Howard & Turkoglu
Magic get- Lopez, Wallace, Brooks, & 3 future 1st
??? get- Hump

Maybe the Lakers take Hump using their trade exception from Odom? Hump would add to their bench depth & basically replace Jordan Hill's role if he leaves.
