"The Kings haven't forgotten about Terrence Williams. The swingman who stepped in and became the team's best passer after stops in New Jersey and Houston will have to wait for Thompson's situation to be resolved before the Kings address re-signing him."

Sounds like one of those compliments you give out to the fat kid playing JV as a Junior

Building on what Steve Kyler wrote earlier, Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports is reporting that the New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, Atlanta Hawks and Miami HEAT have all expressed interest in unrestricted free agent forward Rashard Lewis. Lewis shares mutual interest with the HEAT, Lakers and Knicks in particular. They are all three over the cap, meaning they can only offer the mini-mid level to Lewis.

The Los Angeles Clippers have expressed interest in a number of veteran shooting guards, according to sources close to the situation. Last night, the Clippers reached out to several two-guards including Ray Allen, Jamal Crawford and Jason Terry.

Take this for what it is worth..

Hiring of cherry Rob Hennigan as Magic GM is proving to be a disaster very first time he must make an important decision.

Firing people: Easy. Trading DH: Clueless. Told Nets today he would not deal with them. Now asking, say sources, if something can be done?

Apparently RH thought Nets were bluffing about re other trades--acquiring JJ--which ate up most assets. Found out options aren't plural.

RH should've stalled Nets, lied, whatever it took to keep trade possibility open. To let it all but vanish was worst kind of rookie mistake!

What happens now if Lakers don't want to deal Bynum? Even if they do, Magic remains vulnerable, in possession of rising FA center.

The Bulls have been in contact with Derek Fisher and Brandon Roy, according to sources with knowledge of the situation.

Fisher, 37, is also being targeted by the Heat, Mavericks, and Thunder.

Roy, 27, is attempting a comeback after knee problems forced him into retirement.

Chicago is reportedly looking to clear cap space because of luxury tax concerns.
