really what's the point of this signing? I want to see teague play 30+ minutes a night to see if he can be a feasible backup to rose. We don't need Nate doing his own thing on the court. He might fukk around and mess up our lottery position

He might actually help get us a better lottery pick with all the chucking he's going to do.

i just hate that all the other moves at best have been lateral

and we will miss asik defense off the bench

but teague looked like crap in the summer league. nate is great insurance for the vet min.

I totally agree with this notion.

Maybe vlad and marco actually hit a open shot that korver didn't

Maybe kirk turns out to be a much better defender than cj

Maybe nazr gives us good production for a few minutes

And we know nate an upgrade over john lucas

My problem is when rose gets back he still will be carrying the team too heavily.

Would like to havew a couple guys who could give rose a night off in the playoffs especially with him getting his knee stronger

A couples guys who will make teams pay for sending help defense or traps on rose. I still don't. See that with this roster

But no doubt in my mind that thibs will coach this team up they will still get a nice amount of reg season wins

I like this move. Nice scoring spark off the bench who can create his own shot. Why is he seemingly blackballed from the NBA, I'll never know when he seems to ball out for every team he's with.

I was pissed off by not getting 2-3 teir players in FA. But this squad could get to the 2nd round.
I still think we should tank and trade Deng and Noah. But on paper this is a decent squad going into the season without Rose.

They got more versatility and butler is a better offensive and defensive player than brewer

my concern is still the same, rose will have to carry too much of the burden when he returns. thats too much on his knee that he is trying to get back to 100%

and im still not sure we have guys that will make teams pay if they send double teams or traps to rose.

but we do have more ball handlers (pause) and maybe, just maybe some of these guys can hit a damn shot in the playoffs as it seems korver/brewer/ and watson basically disappeared the last 2 post seasons.



but im a fan, and i will cheer us on regardless.
