Unless he wants his career to be over by the end of his contract, it would be wise for him not to do that. That's your everything. Handle that shyt with kid gloves. Even if he felt great, don't mess with it til late January at the earliest. Fact is he's not doing any contact work, just straight rehab. If he just started to shoot and jump, he's still a ways away from being able to play NBA level minutes.

The only Bulls fan that thinks Rose is coming back before Feb-April is beanie.

I don't even want him to come back this year. I wish they would have shipped out the big contracts and just tanked but that was a pipe dream with Thibs at the helm.

He still doesn't have a contract extension either.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
if we in the playoff hunt, then he should play as soon as he is healthy

if not, then yea he should sit

That's how dudes get injured though, he'll over exert himself to get them into the playoffs if it's close.

If I were the Bulls, I'd let him come back for March or April if he's ready, but I'd keep his minutes restricted and if it comes down to it I'd even shut him down in the playoffs. If they don't make the playoffs, he gets a 10 game stretch on limited minutes towards the end of the season to build his confidence back up.

i dont think just fighting for 8th seed should be enough. screw that

im only talking a surprise circumstance like we in 4th-6th and only a few games out of 1st or something like that. then i say he should get back in there.

but if we in 9th then naw, sit him and let stern work that 1.7% magic for us.

problem is thibs is a excellent coach who can get these dudes into the playoffs. especially with a full training camp.

he should come back sometime next season though. let him work himself back into game shape. who knows if we top 4 with a rose finding his stride by the 1st rd of the playoffs could be some magic made with a fresh rose on new legs.

i think bout the whole mental side of things wit a d rose is a lil overrated

whether good or bad from whatw e know abut rose and the player he has once he gets a few games under his belt .. gets goin .. the more he plays he gonna start pushinn his body because he wants the results he had before ..the fact he isnt holdin back in rehab and racing back for this season shows u that

... it may take a month or so ..thats a given ,,

but d gawds passion n heart for the game is probz 2 much fo him to hold back for 2 long .. and after a month or probz c the kid only goin about things 1 way unfortunately - full speed )

whether his body responds we will have 2 wait and see..it will probz take hima whole season to get th strength n speed back in his body

i can honestly say i never been through a injury as bad as that before.. but i broke my ankle playin and it took some time alot of rehab, but even when i wasnt @ a 100 % bein at 80 was enough .. the only thing i wanted 2 do was play ..

i never gave it another thought after a while ..worryin bout yo it could happen again , guess it depends how u built mentally - but i imagine if u a real ball player everythin else goes out the window and u just wanna do what u kniow best and do what it takes 2 get there
