1998 was one of the best years of my life with Wu-Tang as the soundtrack :blessed:

...and @BuddahMAC stays with the prolific wu posting since the DSC days.. thats 20+ years of dropping wu knowledge. That Tha Masta cat tried being the ultimate wu stan back in those days but he just came across as weird and creepy, BuddahMac is the original.

MAC, you always have these articles and images on hand whenever a wu thread pops up, like BAM!.. do you just have some homemade wu encyclopedia on your PC you've been adding to all these years?

Please always tag me in Wu threads

And yes this run was incredible

That said I tried real hard to like T2 but it just wasn't happening except for Shaolin What and Dangerous Ground

Darkman album was a gem and that second Killarmy album is better than the first on some days to me (more Islord is what does it)

And Heavy Mental is just.....maaaaan so many gems on there

I been telling dudes:

WU TANG CLAN IS THE GREATEST RAP GROUP OF ALL TIME.

It bugs me out that some people tend to act like The Wu started putting out wack or average stuff after the first run of albums/post Forever. The main Generals and their affiliates was still dropping some serious heat. Like someone already stated already in here I think the sound of East Coast rap music just changed drastically so their music just wasn't on alot of peoples palettes at the time.

Heist is one of the hardest albums I ever heard in my fukkin life.....u gotta be crazy to hate on that joint. I fukking broke that CD by dropping a bottle of Remy on it a few years ago....I was fukkin heated

I sat on mine, but I kept the disc. Have to get another copy. I finally got around to getting Manchild again, after 10 years of a magic (disappearing) disc.

wutang fell off & lost their spot 20 years ago.

the internet is dangerous.
the place where people rep & dap each other up while rewriting history.

just calling it a 98 wutang appreciation thread would be more appropriate.
