I know a ton of people, myself included, that always peep out new construction, lots, new neighborhoods, pricing, etc. That's nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever. Some sites want you to come peep new developments under construction so you can either get the word out or maybe you yourself might be interested in buying a property yourself.
