You making the argument about how he shouldn't have been in the house excuses his murder even if you cant understand why. If he was breaking the law then state law gave them the right to run him down and kill him for fighting back and not obeying their commands. If you were on the jury, they'd get off because you're convinced that he had no right to be at that house in the first place.

As far as the jury your emotions lead you to assumptions that aren’t close to true smh.
