As for the thread, my dad was a construction worker and I remember stopping at new houses being built all the time because he liked to observe the competitions work. My wifes parents would go look at new houses for ideas when they were having their house built. There's plenty of reason why someone would stop at a construction site with no ill intentions. That video doesn't show him looking around for copper, tools, and wires like a criminal would do, he genuinely looked curious in the video.
Everything you said about not knowing anyone that does that is irrelevant because you dont leave your house or talk to people in real life.

Real world examples are unrealistic because you’re using outlier stuff to explain the majority which I’m talking about. Most people aren’t going in unfinished houses period as adults. Tell that to someone else. Your dad in construction or someone buying a house I can see that but let’s not make most people out to be doing those thing when we know that’s not the case.

They are very realistic, you dont know his reasons for wanting to look at that house. He could have been curious about what houses look like before the walls are up. If he was breaking the law then state law gave them the right to run him down and kill him for fighting back and not obeying their commands.
