World title match not officially set is kinda wack.
2 weeks before AEW's flagship PPV and only two official matches have been announced and set?

Who's projected to be in the trio finals and the ladder match, though? Besides that, what's stopping them from announcing these other matches for the card?
Also to be clear, I'm not even trying to diss AEW. Nas on tour and gonna be performing relatively close to Chicago on the 2nd so I was considering grabbing cheap All out tickets.
They COMPLETELY fukked up the tag title booking heading into this.
Hobbs & Starks taking the titles in a blowoff match was the way to go. Secondary was FTR vs Bucks for all the gold.
Now I got no idea what Swerve & Lee are doing.

That makes zero sense and AEW doesn’t usually end matches in DQ or countout so we’ll see.

Correct, it is indeed rare, but it's not unheard of for them to do some interference DQ to set up a match for a PPV. Like when Jeff Cobb and Great O'Khan ambushed FTR and Roppongi Vice to set up a three-way match for the IWGP tag titles at the Forbidden Door PPV.
Alas, I'm just telling you what I've read on that though.

Breh, When has AEW ever given away their ppv main event away a week before on free tv….?
Let alone done that and then ran it again 4-5 days later on ppv?

That page isn't even up to date. Not listing the six-man tag match of FTR and Wardlow vs. Lethal, Singh, Dutt, doesn't list the finals of the Trios Tournament. I never said they did...
But that's why it's not going to end clean. It seems pretty stupid but I am curious to see what they end up doing with it.
And for the record, the rematch would be nearly two weeks away, not 4-5 days. Labor Day Weekend is two weekends away. Not that it really makes much difference, but gives them a bit more time to work up the angle for whatever it is their planning.

I think that's the point breh. The audience has been trained to expect Mox vs Punk on Dynamite to be a legit title match so pulling of a no context, DQ or whatever non finish you can come up with would actually have the desired reaction of wanting to see the match again with a definitive winner.
I could be wrong but I think it's way more likely we get Punk vs Mox again at All Out than an out of nowhere new challenger (with only 1 week to build to that match) or a triple threat that will feel rushed too (again, not enough TV time to set it up and hype it). I wouldn't even be shocked if the title match doesn't even has a proper start and they just brawl all over the arena to set up a gimmick match at the PPV so they can both have the bloodbath we all know they wanna have
