It is easy. If she is unable to take care of her kids she could have dropped them at a police station and social services would have took them from her. There is no excuse.

I say the exact opposite. I think a women who can't afford to care for her kids, but fights for custody anyway is selfish.

Not that this is the case with her, I don't know. but thats just my general sentiment. If a father is secure and wants his babies, and a wife isn't she should let him have them.
