If they died in the fathers custody I would blame the father. But they were in the mothers custody. She is 100% at fault and responsible while they are in her custody. Being homeless didnt kill the kids. Extreme neglegence and not having proper clothing on them while going to a casino to gamble and get high is why they are dead. Trifling bytch didnt even call 911 when she woke up in the morning and the kids were not breathing. She called a "friend"to take them to the hospital at noon the next day. who sleeps until noon unless they were high or drunk the night before? Why didnt she stay with that "friend" that night since she has friends? She is going to jail.
