What is nitpicky about nikkas having a problem with sh1t like a firm slap in the back, pushups and dips fixing a broken back in 20 days? Never mind the fact he proceeded to fall twice while trying to climb out which would certainly re-injure that back...

The last time they showed Batman on screen he was still in the bat and dude had 11 seconds to get 6 miles away to escape the blast radius...I get it, he's the Batman and he can do sh1t like that but this is the "god of realism" you Nolanites keep praising...You don't expect sh1t like that to happen in his movies hence why some have a problem with that scene...

He had a vertebrate out of place, they never said anything was broken. The first time it shows him doing pushups in the cell, the TV says its Day 58 or something since Bane took over the city. Which was who knows how many days after the fight with Batman.

Almost every single complaint is a result of the complainer not actually paying attention and/or just blatantly making shyt up, as you just did. That's not even nitpicking, its just stupidity and trolling.
