BUT IT'S NOT FACT. LOCATION IS A HUGE HERE. I POSTED A 3 BEDROOM HOME IN A GOOD SUBURB FOR 50K. THAT'S ROUGHLY 400 A MONTH. THAT'S LESS THAN 25% OF YOUR INCOME. THAT'S BELOW THE RECOMMENDED 30% ALLOTMENT FOR HOUSING. YA'LL GOTTA STOP MENTIONING NYC AND CALI HOUSING. THOSE NUMBERS ARE WAAAAAAAY OFF TO THE POINT THAT ECONOMISTS DON'T EVEN LIKE TO INCLUDE THEM ON NATIONAL AVERAGES BECAUSE IT SKEWS THE NUMBERS SO MUCH.
