My watch says I was at 8817 but idk. I walked 4 mi and ran 2 after rowing. I chose the wrong profile for a multi sport workout on the third interval where I ran 2 mi, I don't believe that profile tracks any steps.

Yea your probably closer to 13-14k

I'm not to worried. I'm rowing at least 10,000 m a day for this program I'm on. Every day, 7 days a week. 10,000 meters is a little over 6.2 miles of I were walking/running. I do try to run, jog or walk 5k a day. It helps with the cool down I can mentally review what I did and rate/rank the days workout.
