Yea your probably closer to 13-14kMy watch says I was at 8817 but idk. I walked 4 mi and ran 2 after rowing. I chose the wrong profile for a multi sport workout on the third interval where I ran 2 mi, I don't believe that profile tracks any steps.

Good shyt. I think you posting these updates is a good way to show people that something as little as taking 10k steps a day can improve your health so much. Salute for the posts and working towards improving your health.I'll probably stop posting here daily, maybe just weekly or biweekly. At 90 days I will be doing a blood panel (mostly for my cholesterol) and I'll post the results.
Unintended benefit I lost 3 lbs (not overweight)
Need to get my water consumption up want it to be 64oz daily
