Almost done week 3 and I definitely see changes in my chest/shoulder area. Started off with almost no muscle so its easy to see the difference (5'11 160 lbs)

Also feel much stronger, now when my arms feel tired/rubbery I can still bang out a lot of pushups whereas earlier in the program I'd hit a wall.

Started this the other day.

On the initial test I did 23 pushups(could have probably done more) but 21+ was the last one. Did week 3 day 1 first and that shyt was a good burn.After work tonight going to start Day 2 of the 3rd week.

week 5 was kinda tough, so I switched from column 2 to column 1 on the last day.
ah well.

Just finished week 4 :whew:

Probably going to repeat day 3 of week 4 a couple times, it was a struggle

Week 4 was a breeze but I am beginning to develop some serious elbow pain in my left arm. It doesn't hurt when I do push-ups it only hurts when I perform any tpe of curling motion.

Week 3 and I am definitely hitting a wall. I have day 2 to complete today, but I am feeling a bit sore.

It looks like I will have to repeat this week.

Gonna start this today. Have my test date on Friday then actually start the program on Monday. That app seems legit.
