Started this a week ago and it seems like a good program so far just have a couple questions.
When you are on the last set how many extra push ups are you doing? For example if the last set is 15+ are you doing 15 or 10 etc. I find I can barely get the minimum and the last couple aren't perfect form.
How deep are you supposed to go on a pushup? I'm really skinny and I go until my chest touches the floor. Is that good form or am I going down too far?

On the last set i think it wants you to do as many as you can as long as it is to the amount or greater than the mumber of pushups it set
I just finished week 3.....
I also figured out why week 3 was giving me so much trouble. The rest periods between sets are no where near long enough. I added a minute or 2 to the suggested time and had no problems advancing after that.
