feel a little tightness up top today, so far pretty good for people who don't do pushups regularly. I expect to feel a little sore on Friday/Saturday, but good enough to start week 2 on Monday with no pain
I would advise some cats to take it easy starting out as you can really fukk up a shoulder or something if your technique is not 100% on point when trying to move up doing pushups so quickly.
Just finished Day 2 of week 1, triceps are bothering me a bit right now so I know I will be sore tomorrow. Time to drink lots of water and stay hydrated these next 2 days.
I'm still restricting cals so I'm not building lean mass but I can see those small changes in my chest and shoulders. I figure it's because I do this on M/W/F in addition to my lifting so I am getting a little upper body work on M/W when I normally would not. I also made sure to do these with the best possible form so I'm not cheating going far beyond shoulder width.
Almost done week 3 and I definitely see changes in my chest/shoulder area. Started off with almost no muscle so its easy to see the difference (5'11 160 lbs)
Also feel much stronger, now when my arms feel tired/rubbery I can still bang out a lot of pushups whereas earlier in the program I'd hit a wall.
