100 Push Up a Day for 100 days challenge

any tips on rotator cuff care? I can bang out a lot more than 100 a day, but don't want to fukk myself up more than I already am

I might hop on this again. It felt good to know that I did that shyt for 100 days NO MATTER WHAT.

But I think I might have created and imbalance between my posterior and anterior chain. my back started acting up right around the time I finished this program. I'm thinking I need to engage my core more when doing the pushups if I do it again. That way my chest doesn't become so much stronger than my back.
