How much running you doing in a week? I do a couple miles on the treadmill but i don't do it consistently.

Never saw this but running like 3 miles a day but I be doing a bunch of walking too. I be tracking it all on my phone though. Last week I averaged 8.8 miles per day, week before that 7.8.




Day 35 though.

what's your body looking like homie?

I'm slim, but with the push ups and lifting three times a week I have pretty good cut/definition in the chest and shoulders. Like Bruce Lee skinny ripped sort of.
