no pics, but I'm just 3 weeks and some change in, and my arms look beastly
my arms have gotten significantly bigger (pause) and theyre getting a shredded look, with crazy definition
makes me a lil disgusted, because someone told me a long time ago that doing pushups would get you some real results
and I imagine what if I had started doing this back then up to now? Just doing pushups would have had me looking godly
but on the real, brehs should get on this. Again, I stress: Im only 3 weeks in and I'm seing crazy result in my arms, shoulders and chest.
I only have 10 pound barbell in the crib and won't be able to go back to the gym until I get back to school in late August. I was thinking of doing this.
Any of you fitness brehs know what I can do with the barbells they pretty light. Could I see some gains with a high rep type workout?
