no pics, but I'm just 3 weeks and some change in, and my arms look beastly

my arms have gotten significantly bigger (pause) and theyre getting a shredded look, with crazy definition

makes me a lil disgusted, because someone told me a long time ago that doing pushups would get you some real results

and I imagine what if I had started doing this back then up to now? Just doing pushups would have had me looking godly

but on the real, brehs should get on this. Again, I stress: Im only 3 weeks in and I'm seing crazy result in my arms, shoulders and chest.
Damn word?

I only have 10 pound barbell in the crib and won't be able to go back to the gym until I get back to school in late August. I was thinking of doing this.

Any of you fitness brehs know what I can do with the barbells they pretty light. Could I see some gains with a high rep type workout?

Started June 31st only skipped 2 days because I was out and didn't feel like doing them when I got in

Started with 6 sets of 15 and then a 10. The first few days I was feeling soreness but it's gone. Now I do 5 sets of 20. It's pretty light now, nothing crazy I feel like my core is a little more toned in the mirror than when I started. My form has improved that's one of the biggest issues people have with push ups is trying to get as good a form as possible.

Once I get back to campus ima be in the gym forreal. I'll probably keep this routine because it's starting to feel like part of my day maybe go up to 200.

Started yesterday, did 30 straight then my arms were dead :dead:

Ended the day doing 50...hopefully I get more in today

I just read some of this thread, and kudos to the brehs doing bjj, going to the gym, playing ball AND doing this challenge.
