Before you add weight, how many can you do straight before failure? Definitely do you but I wouldn't consider adding weight until you can do 75 easily.
Being able to do 60 - 100 with ease shows great conditioning. Once you have a superb base layer then you can build on it. Just my opinion though.
Also how long is it taking you to do 100? Are you doing them within 10-15 minutes? Or longer?
