...bout time to up the reps to 35-35-30 and 10 weighted for the journey.

Before you add weight, how many can you do straight before failure? Definitely do you but I wouldn't consider adding weight until you can do 75 easily.

Being able to do 60 - 100 with ease shows great conditioning. Once you have a superb base layer then you can build on it. Just my opinion though.

Also how long is it taking you to do 100? Are you doing them within 10-15 minutes? Or longer?

The 40lbs vest push ups at the end seems to have helped me progress tho, I've been doing it since about day 14....I'm confident I can do 40 really good push-ups, any thing after that is gonna look ugly I think.

first 10 days I did 25-25-25-25
next 10 days 30-30-30-10 (40lb weighted)
next I'm going to do 35-35-30 10(40lb weighted)

and just continue that way.

I do them all within 15 minutes, it's apart of my routine as I get ready for work, that's why I do the shyt so early.

first 10 days I did 25-25-25-25

Test yourself at least once every 10 days. Just do straight good formed no vested push-ups. You're putting in the work. You're already on day 20. There are working plans that consist of 18 workouts that'll have you doing 100 straight. But that's over 6 weeks. By the time you get to day 35 you should be able to get it in. At least I would hope. I'm rooting for you to at least get 50.

I've made it a point to only eat baked chicken in the last few days and I wonder if that good protein has helped that damn quick...I dunno.

Dope shyt to actually experience what all the professionals talk about.

I've been athletic as hell my entire life....I tore 2 Achilles is a span of 4 years that sent me into a laziness...
I'm one of those cats that look way more in shape than he is....my cardio is trash now, my flexibility is horrible...

Most of my strength is in my shoulders from always doing pull ups most my life...


I just need consistency and to not overdo it when i start feeling myself...


just take it one day at a time, that's why i'm glad i have the thread so I can keep myself honest...
