also, does binance always take 30+ mins to start trading the coin after they list like they did with RLC tonight? i had the trading page up for like 40 mins and still was too late, got in at 8 and panic sold at 9.20ish

this one was mad late compared to AIX last night. the deposit wallet for AIX last night was up a full 2 and a half hours on kucoin before live trading. could've easily bought some at bancor for $1.11, transferred over, and then sold at $5 just a few hours later on kucoin
