no, im mentioning a situation a while back when dogecoin had this super run where it went to damn near 75cents and robinhood coincidentally shut down their servers so no one could cash out... coinbase was "magically" having malfunctions too... but i realized you can convert it on uniswap or pancakeswap and just sit on it... you dont need to cash out the same day when everyone else is...
