I also can't say I wasn't someone trying to chase the next big thing, as I did go into OMG in the summer, and thankfully it did well or I may have just been throwing money all around and losing it. Going from hundreds, to thousands, to hundreds of thousands felt great. However, when mid-late 2018 game around, the markets smacked all of us newcomers with a big dose of reality. I Lost probably about 80-90% of my portfolios value by November 2018 from what it was at in January 2018.

I held and held some more, and as of now, it's paid off more than I ever could have imagined. However, I know this market can go down ten times quicker than it goes up, and I have to be prepared for that.
