Richardson is at his peak....I don't think he can get better. I would trade him if we could.

Eh, good to great defense, 3 level scorer (Can finish, shoot over smaller defenders in mid, and can shoot the 3 (With range too). I think he needs a defined role and his job should be like Klay (Shoot, defend, and create on mismatches) rather than forcing him into a playmaker or first option. He’s also low ego.

I’d trade him and I think he’s the least vital to our young squad (Mostly due to age and ceiling) but I think he’s s good player who has been misused. I definitely wouldn’t bench or trade him to play an older Dragic though.

Tania Ganguli: Can confirm that the Lakers received permission to interview Miami assistant Juwan Howard. Source says Rob Pelinka plans to meet with Howard, Tyronn Lue and Monty Williams in the coming days, but travel plans are still being figured out.

Coaching, Monty Williams, Rob Pelinka,

Good for him if he gets hired :leon:

He was teammates with both GM’s

At this rate with these contracts I’m just waiting for gohan and trunks aka heatles 2.0

Riley needs to prepare for Zaire and bronny

you smoking crack

I can name some playoff and non playoff teams JRich would start at either SG or SF

He would start for the Lakers over KCP & Bullock

He would start in Dallas over Brunson

At this point he may be better then Batum who starting in Charlotte especially with the money they are paying him

Most of the teams in the lottery he would start for

Houston never replace Ariza and have been playing small with Gordon at the 3 you don’t think he would start for them as Ariza replacement

He would start for OKC over Ferguson or Roberson if he ever comes back

He would start in Detroit who is starting Wayne Ellington right now

Spo's system makes role players appear better.

Norris Cole
Mario Chalmer
Tyler Johnson
James Ennis III
Rodney Mcgruder
Even Luke Babbitt got baskets down here

All these guys are interchangeable

I swear I wish NBA followed "Wins over Replacement."

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
He was only good when he was a value player. He's just a coachable Dion Waiters.
:pachaha: that was actually funny

He got oversaturated a bit but Spo always does that with his pets (ie: McGruder) but he's still a very good player. He doesn't really have that alpha/no.1 scoring mentality in his DNA but factoring in his two way ability I think he can be the third best player on a championship team. You wildin wanted to trade him to free up playing time for Dragic. I wouldn't move him, Bam, or Winslow in any deal unless the return is a top 10-15 player. All of them are ascending players on quality contracts.

:mjlol: Justise ain't it, breh.
He got next bruh Spo finally smarten up and figure out Justice isn’t a small ball PF and you can’t just have him sitting in the corner like a catch in shoot shooter. It took him long just put the ball in his hands and let him go to work the ball and let him do a lot of what he did at Duke

JRich is more talented then all those guys you listed the disrespect

You want JRich gone so no reason to keep going back and forth you don’t see him as a quality young piece comparing him to Dion is damm near laughable
