we need new jerseys.

Start a brand new era

bruh...we've work like 5 different uniforms recently. If anything we should go to the throwbacks

I want to try out the neon green versions before giving up. Blacks are definitely cursed. And I think I remeber us sucking in the White's also

edit: you know what...we cant just keep our traditional jerseys and put the Vice font on them.

A lot of these NBA rebrands are garbage. We have the best jerseys in the league. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Now that yellow shyt on the court can go. I’ve hated that shyt since I laid my eyes on it. :camby:
Absolutely nothing should change about the uniform. It looks damn good as is. I’d just change the road black uniform to say “Heat” on the front again. What would we do with the paint though? It’s never really bothered me much personally.

this is definitely better than what we got now.

It'll be too much like Brooklyn's court, though

metrics:

▪ Who ended up being Miami’s best and worst shooters in the clutch, defined by the NBA as the final five minutes of games with a margin of five points or fewer?

As far as field goals made, Dwyane Wade was tops with 30 baskets (in 77 attempts), followed by Josh Richardson’s 24 baskets (in 53 attempts) and Justise Winslow’s 11 (in 35 attempts).

But as far as clutch efficiency goes, Bam Adebayo shot the best in the clutch with a minimum of 10 attempts. He made 9 of his 13 clutch shots, which is 69.2 percent.

Hassan Whiteside (6 for 12) and Kelly Olynyk (7 for 14) both made half their shots in the clutch. And Richardson was a solid 45.3 percent, with Wade at 39 percent.

Who struggled most in the clutch from a shooting percentage standpoint?

Dion Waiters was a shocking 2 for 24 in the clutch, just 8.3 percent.

For all the Richardson hate, he was still one of the most efficient scorers we had in the clutch. Y’all gonna stop acting like Richardson is worse than Waiters.

I saw Richardson turn it over in the clutch a lot, but had no clue what his shooting numbers were. 2 for 24 though :picard:

He’s actually a decent scorer in the clutch (He has a 3 level game and he’s good at taking what the defense gives him) but he’s not the best decision maker.

You either run a play for him and give him the ball with 4 seconds left so he can play off instinct.

Where he messes up is getting the offense set and running smoothly due to his average handle. He also seems to be a second late with his passes.

When players get into him and crowd his dribble, he struggles if he doesn’t immediately attack. He’s not a playmaker like Winslow or a creative shot maker like Wade.

Report: Bam Adebayo Plans to Work Out With Giannis Antetokounmpo This Offseason

The first two years of Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo’s NBA career have shown glimpses of a player who can become a force in the years ahead.

Adebayo is continuing to make sure he develops his potential and is making plans to spend a portion of his offseason training with Milwaukee Bucks superstar power forward Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Shandel Richardson of The Athletic notes that Adebayo has been relatively inactive since the Heat’s season ended on April 10. However, the 21-year-old veteran does plan to return home to his native North Carolina to staring working to improve soon enough.

“There are also plans to train with Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo,” he wrote. “Both share the same agent, Alex Saratsis. The timing and extensiveness of the sessions will depend on how long Milwaukee remains in the playoffs.”

The Bucks are set to begin their second-round series against the Boston Celtics on Sunday and entered the postseason with the best record in the league. That means that they would have home-court advantage through the NBA Finals if they advance that far.

If the Bucks make it that far, the start of any training for Adebayo and Antetokounmpo would likely be pushed back to late June or early July. Yet any opportunity to continually be challenged by a player of Antetokounmpo’s stature would be beneficial.

Appearing in all 82 games, he started 28 of those contests and finished with averages of 8.9 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game.

That durability made Adebayo the first Heat player to play in every game of a season since Norris Cole did it during the 2013-14 season. Yet Adebayo is more focused on being a key piece of the team’s resurgence and knows that putting in the hard work during the offseason is necessary.

“You’ve got to grow up someday,” he said. “You can’t run from it. The time is now for us, as in right now.”

With Hassan Whiteside entering the final year of his contract, his future with the Heat is murky at best.

That means that how well Adebayo’s continued development progresses could help determine whether or not the team is able to improve going forward.

Bam is wasting his time. He doesn’t have that skill set. He needs to develop a jumper. He can make a lot of money as a pick and pop guy who can also dive to the rim.
