if Josh Richardson is your leading scorer, you're going to be a terrible team. dude is not a leading player. he was a the leading scorer by default, he shot like 40% from the field.

It was his first time he was asked to be the clear cut first option and of course he struggled but he had plenty of really great games. How many 2nd round picks do you think could handle what he did?

No, he’s not the leading scorer on a competitive team but as a Klay Thompson role. Great defense, 3 level scorer, and capable of being a great tertiary scorer.

Y’all are thinking with a “What have you done for me lately”. Rich has definitely fukked up and made some boneheaded plays in the clutch because he’s a young, instinctive player that was adjusting to a new, much more intensive role. He still showed flashes like this game...





Do y’all remember how bad we looked and how many dumb mistakes Winslow made when we let him run the offense before this year? It’s what happens when you’re given the reigns.

We're loaded with ok and "solid". I said 4 years ago we have a decent supporting cast with nothing to support, we ended up becoming a lux tax level supporting cast with nothing to support.

I wouldn't dump J Rich for just salary relief, but he wouldn't hold up a legit deal for me
