It's stockholm syndrome

It's hard to believe the rise of Daniel Bryan was 4 years ago, and back then I thought RAW wasn't very good. I don't think it'll be even be that at that level again. They'll need someone who can separate themselves from their on screen persona and actually write something that makes sense, HHH's NXT doesn't exactly inspire confidence, it's not as good as people think it is.

The only guy they have that can create interesting shyt is Ryan Ward but you look at what they did to him in SD and it's just another example why this company is not worth any kind of wait.

So question,

In that Dudley segment am I the only one that caught when everyone got in the ring and acknowledged each other.

Rhyno basically went to Devon and dapped/hugged him but stayed clear of Bubba (and vice versa). Neither of them acknowledged each other. Hell Rhyno even was about to help Devon put the table in the ring.

Do they have heat or beef with each other?

I saw Stone Cold and the crowd should've been more hype than what they were. WTF wrong with y'all crowd? :hhh:

I have to catch up on the show when I can, but how was the show?
It was the drizzling shyts. Read results and watch highlights if you must. Not worth 3 hours of your life.
200+ pages? Raw was that good?
See above. Also about a third of the replies are triple/quadruple posts from everybody thanks to the flabby coli servers

They should have made the 3 hour nostaglia show and made Smackdown, featuring most of the people on the card the last show before the RR since this week is different. have wrestlers outside of the ones needed for promo rest their bodies until then.

It's only dying in WWE and barely surviving in what's left of TNA. All the other wrestling promotions are doing pretty well.

What promotions are doing well? What are they doing to separate themselves from any other indy?

Professional wrestling has been around for like 100 years. It's not going anywhere but definitely will not reach the popularity of the 80s and late 90s. I could see the WWE running Raw and Smackdown in small arenas like they used to in 1995-early 1997.

If it really gets to that point, that'll be incredibly sad.

So did WrestleMania 2 utilize the whole "event in multiple arenas" thing better, or was it just as bad?

People weren't as entitled back then. Prices weren't as high. They were probably happy as hell to watch WrestleMania on a big screen because they probably did not have access to PPV. It was the only way they'd even see it before VHS release. Plus, they got 4-5 matches at their own venue. It was probably lit af :wow:

NJPW, Progress, ROH, Lucha Underground, PWG, Evolve. Technically Evolve is WWE affiliated but they have good shows.
