Nah you don't get it. The fact that he had the balls and the commitment to do what you describe as "something you can't just pick up and drop like a piece of shyt" at his age, with his shortcomings and his circumstances is the real prize. People wake up everyday afraid to do and possibly fail at some shyt they would otherwise love to try. Punk can't say that about himself, not after tonight (especially when the thing he is doing was on a national stage and he risked immense public ridicule if he failed)
And Punk said himself his goal was to start at the lowest level but the opportunity to fight in the UFC was given to him so he took it. If you look at it as a slap in the face that you're training so hard while Punk is being handed things, that's still a loser's mentality. Winners don't focus on other winners. Don't lose yourself to a crab-ass mentality
