This is not an exception because in the case of Black Wall Street a bunch of blacks and not just a few came together and succeeded. Not to mention it was shut down by racist whites not corruption.

shyt is pathetic. you would think that education would be unquestionably the number 1 priority in this country but schools have to scrape by on nothing and try to turn shyt to gold. my wife's principal seriously said the term "do more with less" as he told teachers they would be getting around $40 per year for extra school supplies the school cant provide. then they introduce this common core bullshyt to make it even harder on these kids. the whole situation is just disgusting.

The problem many African countries face are peculiar to themselves and can't just be summed up by canards like: the negro is inherently corrupt, stupid, or some other similar nonsense. While to some extent, it's right to blame pockets of corruption that have flourished in many sub-Saharan countries, it's also stupid to ignore how corrupt leaders became prevalent. People like Mobutu and Nguema didn't ascend to power and keep said power - laced with abuses and theft - based on their own merits. They were promoted and kept in power by other powers external to their countries. With time, the kleptomaniac in power becomes a symbol of what is morally acceptable, especially when it appears to the people that the despotic leader has suffered no repercussions for overt corruption.
Tl;dr If the head honcho and his cronies keep getting rich through theft, it presents itself as an ideology to be copied by citizens seeking power. In turn it embeds itself in a culture.
That, by the way, is just one of many reasons for the state of several African countries.

You may not be speaking from hate, but you're certainly speaking from the place of an ignorant bigot. There are things you can do about it. Starting with not believing that a bloc of people, characterised in this situation by nothing but skin colour (that is not to say that race isn't real, but in your case you've made it meaningless), are uniform in practices and ethics. It'd also help if you didn't spread lies about Black people as a whole.
No, sir, you are predisposed to being uncivilised, not Black people. There have been many Black societies with a wide range of successes and failures. Historically, with free agency and the ability to choose their leaders appropriately, many Black societies thrived. Was there corruption in several? Yes, of course. However, they still thrived. Incidentally, I'd argue that many Western (Including Russia) nations have been more corrupt than "Black" societies. However, that is of little consequence as the focus should be on changing the questionable practices that damage societies. The challenge is how to ensure transparency.

Members of at least two races defrauded the youth of Newark. The fraudsters aren't indicative of the behaviour of the races to which they belong. If something is to be done for the children of Newark, there needs to be a transparent system that attempts to liaise with and work ardently with the people it purports are to be helped. While, there's an element of entrenched White supremacy at work in the system, its effects can be minimised by continued discourse (that's another subject). Finally, the reports from the many consultants should be published and distributed widely so the people of Newark and their children can begin to grasp what they, as a people, can do for themselves. My two pence.
They always do. It's the easiest cop-out to addressing the real problem as to why black people like to fukk over their own people.
@YoungMasterGold I don't know specifically which blacks sold their people into slavery. But this is just accepted history that many african nations sold their people into slavery. There was a vast vast trading network of slaves. The rulers of Africa were actually disappointed when Britain let go of the slave trade. And now there has been a handful of african countries who have made public formal apologies for their ancestor's role in the slave trade.
