this is the truth. the same thing happened in detroit. you're giving corrupt and/or uneducated black "leaders" money who care more about enriching themselves than helping their people. and even if they truly cared about helping their communities, they don't know how. the biggest problem in black america is the lack of a brain trust. we, collectively, do not have knowledge and education. we don't know how to run a city, much less a nation (as we see in africa) in the modern world. which is why everything we try to run ends up turning to shyt. much of that can be attributed to racism and how we were denied a place among others who were able to participate in the industrial and technical race of society. so, obviously, we've been lapped by all the other races. but that still doesn't excuse us doing the same fukking thing without changing directions.
black people need to figure out HOW to operate in modern society before we can begin helping ourselves.

We are here talking about what could/should be done on a government level. You can't govern peoples households, but you can put people/programs in schools to help students deal with their problems at home.
yeah well actually culture was the reason why black people were put into slavery, in africa there was already a culture of slavery which made it easy for europeans to come and simply participate in the ongoing slave trade, and the lack of knowledge and the lack of organized formal education in africa allowed the europeans to conquer and dominate africans through technology
as far as programs to help people in the home, that is actually my whole point, the public school system is not designed to handle children who come from anti academic homes and broken homes and the whole system needs to be destroyed and rebuilt to address home life and culture
i dont ride with bigdeeot as far as genetics, but i do agree that there is a black culture that needs to be addressed and is seen worldwide, i think that culture is a disdain and/or ignorance about formal education

im just talking about black people because that is what im concerned about and its the subject at hand, but the theory im suggesting applies to everybody including white people
there is nothing peculiar about black people in terms of world hisotory, and as far as i know there is nothing genetic about black people that makes them less intelligent or less academic, but culture is real, culture is the most significant factor in the rise and fall of peoples and countries and empires
