You havnt even seen the receipts and here you are. Rambling demonic trash.

By your logic, you're telling us that you're a demon which explains why you say the things you say but doesnt explain where the money to help the schools actually went.

Did it go to improve the school grounds?

Better teachers?

More tutors?

More books?

You cant really say you gave money to schools and not itemize where the money went. To not know where the money went and to say the demonic things you say, really just shows what was already in your heart, already and that would be the devil, sadly.

Its so demonic, friends.

My whole point is that the money didn't go to these schools because the corrupt blacks in charge would never let that happen. It's the same thing for detroit and 99% of other black nations/cities in the world.

Here is a good expose' on what happened with the money. Doubtful many of you will read it.

Dale Russakoff: A Test for School Reform in Newark : The New Yorker

its the same article, the businessinsider.com article in posted in the op was simply reporting on that new yorker article

i finished reading the article and i have to say its not really clear whether the money was wasted or not, i dont think the businessinsider title is accurate

i think to see if the money was wasted we will have to wait to see what happens with the Newark One program

In your opinion how long do you think it realistically takes to see the effects of donations for reform like this? Also, is this realistically enough money?

What evidence do you have to prove that corrupt individuals of African descent are preventing money from benefiting children in Newark new jersey.

Essentially, friend, you're saying this is a very easy problem to solve, if only black people would give the money to where it needed to go to, friend.

Is the problem that simple to correct?

If newark is gentrified in 15 years, we'll know what this investment was really about.

Like the WB network. Use friends to get on then flip the script.

I wonder how much of that money went to the police department because obviously to have a better learning environment, you need low crime.

My thesis is that when you give money to a black community it will never go to the right individuals because blacks are inherently corrupt and predisposed to being uncivilized.

So in this case you're making an assumption. Basically not telling the truth aka possibly telling a lie. You dont have enough information but because of your assumptions about yourself as a human being, you've given up finding truth and making sense and instead have decided to parrot satanic theories to explain situations you are to lazy to research on your own.

Its so demonic, friends.

Newark WAS being gentrified at a rapid pace but with Ras Barka winning last night all that is on hold now from the looks of it , but lets see, I am pro urban development but unfortunately 9 out of 10 ten times that just leads to gentrification which leads to people of color being displaced . Honestly this money is GONE now , Ras and his father Amri ( who runs shyt behind the scene ) are not favored by whites so you can see all of that white money fleeing like they always do. Ras is also not charter school/teacher accountability friendly so anyone who thought those ideas were the way to reform can kiss those goodbye, all the meanwhile the violence in the city has gotten worse and worse every year over the last 5 years or so friend, in comparison its almost making Chicago look like a joke if there populations matched.

Very demonic times lay ahead for my former city ,friend.

I think the money is irrelevant, the only thing that matters is the culture

From what I read a lot of the money was used to pay off the unions so that the union would agree to reform teacher pay and seniority, which is a step toward reform, and I don't dismiss the money put Into consultants to change the bureaucracy, that is why I don't call it a total waste and the other key to it was the lady put in charge Cami Anderson and the plan she put in place called One Newark

So from my understanding that plan is about to be implemented, I think it's premature to say whether the money was wasted or not until the plan rolls out and whether they work something out with ras baraka

So anyways I'll reserve judgement on whether the money was wasted

crime is a symptom of inequality. You want less crime? Fund education. But that counters everything this country has stood for in the last 400 years.
