The problem is that no matter where you look, predominately black communities are given money for help and yet for some reason or other it "doesn't make it to the problem." You're problem is like other blacks, you make excuses for EVERYTHING. Black people absolutely REFUSE to take accountability for anything plaguing the community. Often times black people like to say its a money problem. Well here you go. Mark Zuckerburg gave $100mil to match $100mil donated so he effectively raised $200mil to help blacks in Newark and look what happened.

This is not an isolated case. Look at Detroit, look at Haiti, look at Zimbabwe after independence, look at South Africa after independence, look at any black community in the entire WORLD. Every time the world gives them money, they fukk it off. Is it some sort of coincidence that 99% of black communities are run by corrupt individuals? What is your next excuse?
